No. Roloflow is the layer between your email and your CRM. It enriches what you already have. You can keep using Salesforce, HubSpot, or your spreadsheet - Roloflow just makes sure the data in them reflects what's actually happening in your inbox.
Never. The pipeline is read-only end-to-end. Roloflow can't send mail, can't archive threads, can't add labels. The provider connection (Unipile) is also configured read-only.
The body of each thread we classify, during a single API call. Roloflow proxies the call so we can rate-limit and bill - we never persist thread bodies server-side. The only thing we retain is the structured classification output (role, stage, tags, summary).
